If you'd like a higher intensity group workout, Ascend is for you! Whether you're training for an event or simply want to improve your fitness, our Ascend class is designed to help push you to the next gear. Gym experience advised.

Learn to punch, hold pads, move and train like a boxer. Our signature no-contact boxing class will contain a blend of pad work, bag work, boxing specific exercises and circuit training. We have beginner and intermediate options for you to learn or develop your boxing skills.
