BASE
Find yourself dreading or skipping cardio? Or maybe you feel intimidated by most gym classes? Base is a beginner-friendly fitness class that gives you a great workout in a friendly atmosphere without the push for super high intensity. All levels welcome.

ASCEND
If you'd like a higher intensity group workout, Ascend is for you! Whether you're training for an event or simply want to improve your fitness, our Ascend class is designed to help push you to the next gear. Gym experience advised.

BOX
Learn to punch, hold pads, move and train like a boxer. Our signature boxing class will contain a blend of pad work, bag work, boxing specific exercises and circuit training. We have a Beginner and Intermediate class for you to learn or develop your boxing skills, as well as Mixed Levels Conditioning.
